To install the Termux banner in the Termux app, you can use the following steps :

Open the Termux app on your device.

Type the following command in the Termux terminal and press enter :

1. Install Python

pkg install python -y

Once the installation is complete, type the following command to install the banner package :

pip install termux-banner

After the banner package is installed, you can use the banner or logo command in termux to start further installation process :

banner

Wait until you see this banner menu option in termux then type add and hit enter for banner installation setup.

blink         - Blink Evileyes                          
blink-fast    - Blink Fast Evileyes
box           - Add Name in Box                         
evilbox       - Add Name in Box with Evileye            
change        - Change Banner Name
remove        - Remove Termux-Banner

about         - About Termux Banner

then you can see Enter Banner Name : input option in termux there just enter your termux banner name and press enter and restart your termux application for Evil-Eye Termux Banner effect.

If you want to restore your old termux theme or want to delete termux banner just open termux and type remove ;)
